To celebrate World Book Day, we’re launching our biggest ever competition for kids!
We’re asking children up to the age of 12 to submit a short story to us – your story can be about absolutely anything and could even feature our Pickatale parrot! Whether you love robots, animals, superheroes, dinosaurs or cakes, simply use your imagination and start writing! Find handy tips and tricks to help you write your story on our blog here.
There will be two short story age categories: ages 0-7 and 8-12. We will be picking three winners from each of them!
The winner from each category will have their short story turned into a fully illustrated interactive book that will be published on both the Pickatale for Families and Pickatale for Schools app. They will also win an iPad and an annual subscription to the Pickatale for Families app. The two runners up from each age category will also win an annual subscription to the Pickatale for Families app.
